Meet the Team
Carol and Marion met at a social sorority called Beta Sigma Phi and became fast friends. Carol graciously filled in for the Franke Team in a time of need and eventually became the part time Director of First Impressions and occassional blogger.

About Carol:
Carol was born and raised in the Midwest, the St. Louis area to be exact. She married a pilot and became a gypsy. Transferring around with her husband, Jim, she lived in 12 different cities in 6 states while raising 2 sons. Carol started working in real estate in 1977 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She has held Realtors licenses in Louisiana and Texas. When transferring to Dallas she began working for Fuji Film. She worked at Fuji for 16 years, starting as Receptionist and holding the position of Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales when leaving to move to the Houston area in 1997. Carol met Marion Franke through Beta Sigma Phi (social sorority) and became good friends. She filled in for the receptionist during an emergency and as they say, the rest is history. Carol is currently working part time as Official Greeter and Blogger for The Marion Franke Team.
Carol’s hobbies include reading and traveling, but mostly she loves to spend time with her 3 beautiful Granddaughters.
