Meet the Team
Dixie has been a resident of the Montgomery County Area for 36 years, and an active member of the Real Estate community since 1976. She joined the Franke Team in 2003 as a listing specialist, and is one of our longest standing team members.

About Dixie:
Dixie Estep, Broker Associate, is currently a Listing Specialist with the Marion Franke Team. Dixie has been active in the Montgomery County real estate community since l976 and has the distinction of having sold real estate to three generations of one family. What a testament to the service, knowledge and trust clients place in her. Dixie’s knowledge and expertise in all facets of the industry is an asset to the team.
Dixie recently joined more than 16,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
Dixie and her husband Steve live in a Lake Conroe community; have four wonderful children and eight fabulous grandchildren. When Dixie isn’t working or involved with her family, she enjoys boating, fishing, reading and bible study.
