Janice has worked for the Franke Team as a licensed assistant since 1998, when the team concept was in its very early stages. She has 15 years of Real Estate experience in the Montgomery County area, and a long career in administration for several major corporations

About Janice:
Janice Oliver has been a realtor in the Montgomery County area since 1994 after a long administrative career for several major corporations in Houston. Janice also owned and operated an insurance agency in Houston and an antique/gift business. Janice joined Marion Franke in 1998 as a licensed assistant when the team concept was in its very early stages.
Janice and her husband Dick have lived in April Sound (Lake Conroe) since 1974; have two sons and two granddaughters. Janice has been able to combine real estate with volunteer work as a mentor with MISD and working in the Bridgewood Farms thrift shop. Janice currently volunteers with the Greater Conroe Chamber of Commerce/Davis Museum in Montgomery. “Montgomery County is so rich in history and I love to share this with people moving to the area”. Janice also does genealogy research, loves to read and sing in her church choir.
