Meet the Team
Jay has worked in the Real Estate industry for the last 13 years and has been a resident of Montgomery County since 1986, before joining the team in 2006. Jay has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance along with a Master's Degree in Business from Sam Houston State University.

About Jay:
Jay has been a resident of Montgomery County since 1986. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 1993 with a Degree in Finance and in 1995 with a Master’s Degree in Business, Jay began his career in the banking and mortgage industry as a Commercial and Residential Loan Officer. Over the next 13 years Jay gained valuable experience within the finance and real estate industries and quickly earned a reputation as a highly respected loan officer in Montgomery County. Jay used his people skills and his ability to effectively communicate with others to help him transition into real estate with The Marion Franke Team in 2006. Since that time, Jay has further developed his skills and has become a top agent within the Franke Team as well as with the Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe Office.
As a top Buyer’s Agent for the Franke Team, Jay’s number one goal is to provide his clients with a level of service that far exceeds their expectations. Honesty, Integrity, Communication, and Continuing Education are several key factors that Jay feels will keep him as a top agent in the area.
Jay has been married to his wife Kristi for 15 years. They have two children Jayli 12 and Jayce 8. Jay enjoys all types of sports including golf, football, hunting, fishing, and just spending quality time with his family. Jay and his family live in Willis.
