Meet the Team
Kevin joined the Marion Franke Team early in 2010 and comes from an extensive background in Land Development, Property Management, and Residential and Commercial Real Estate. We are really excited to have Kevin on the team!
Kevin Hasara - Buyers Specialist
Kevin, a native Texan, was born and raised in Montgomery County. He received his real estate license in 2000, followed by his real estate broker's license in 2004. He has extensive experience in land development, property management, and residential and commercial sales. Being a hard working and trustworthy individual, Kevin's background includes being a broker for two real estate companies, working as a loan officer, and receiving multiple awards while serving as a Sergeant in The United States Army.
Kevin's business sense, real estate experience and personal conviction has made him a success when it comes to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams. His experience with land development and lot sales has brought hundreds of clients in contact with a home builder that fits their needs.
On a personal level, Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife Kim of 15 years and their two boys, Chase and Isaac. He also attends Conroe First Assembly of God church and expresses his giving heart by contributing to several ministries and fund raisers throughout the year.
Kevin has always kept his client's best interest at heart. Kevin also believes a happy client is the best advertisement! Now, with joining The Marion Franke Team and knowing the importance of teamwork, Kevin looks forward to being able serve his former, present, and new clients in an even greater capacity.
