Meet the Team
Matt has been a resident of Montgomery County for the last 20 years. Matt joined the Marion Franke Team in January of 2002, and soon realized his strengths resided in working with sellers exclusively. Matt is one of the longest standing team members to date.

Matt has been a resident of Montgomery County since 1989. After joining the Marion Franke Team in January of 2002, Matt quickly found his niche working with sellers. Combining his love of people and strong negotiating skills, Matt is a valuable asset to the Franke Team and our clients. Matt assists our sellers from the initial listing and marketing of their property all the way through contract to closing. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and their Arabian horses.
