About Niki:
Niki Meeks recently joined the Marion Franke Team as a Buyers Agent and REO Specialist. She has been in the hospitality industry most of her life, but transferred that ability to assist people and cater to their needs into the housing market in 2003. For the past two years, she has focused on the foreclosure markets and trends and will bring bank owned property listings and Short Sales to the Team with a knowledge of negotiating contracts with banks and appraising distressed property values.
